“We came to Masai Mara with a guide who knew the area very well, including all of the spots where we could observe a migration such as this one. We spent the first part of the day driving around in search of big cats, until in the afternoon a ranger mentioned that there were good chances of crossing occurring today. We waited a few more hours, and then magic happened. The wildebeests and zebras started crossing. Looking back at this moment, I relive the sense of awe and wonder — the beauty of the wilderness always rings so true, you can’t help but appreciate everything you’re seeing and feeling.
