There’s no shortage of boast-worthy beaches around Adelaide, but as local surfers will tell you, the best spot for waves close to the city is right here in the clear, shallow waters of South Port Beach in #PortNoarlunga! Ringed by ochre-red cliffs with the mouth of the Onkaparinga River snaking its way through the dunes, you’ll spot board riders trickling down the long wooden staircase before paddling out into an oceanic playground. Naturally, after a big morning chasing waves, a decent appetite usually follows, so it’s always worth ducking in to @hortaspn for a little Portuguese tapas by the sand… Thanks for the snap, @nathangodwin! #SeeSouthAustralia ??‍♀️?[?Location: just a 1 hr flight from Melbourne to #Adelaide in South Australia Travel Photo, and a 45 minute drive to Port Noarlunga ]
