Summer rain approaching Árnafjørður
Have any of you visited Árnafjørður? The charming village is situated just one tunnel and around 5 km away from Klaksvík and is one of the smaller towns in the Northern Islands.
The tall mountains isolated the charming village for centuries, but this changed radically when the tunnel was opened in 1967.
The beach attracts outsiders to the village in the summer when the holiday atmosphere permeates the village.
