
Good morning! ⛅️ Starting this month we will be posting infographics on one of our most favorite topics in @japanloverme: FOOD (tabemono) ?. We will be posting the “anatomy” of Japanese food items, some trivia about Japanese ingredients that most people are curious about, and more food-related stuff! ? Today we’ll start with one of the most famous Japanese food, the crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside takoyaki! Takoyaki is basically made up of dashi-flavoured batter (dashi is a savory fish stock with a mild taste), some fillings traditionally made up of octopus and veggies, and toppings like sweet sauce, mayo, and bonito flakes!
