Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, located on the island of St. Kitts is one of the best preserved historical military fortifications in the Americas, designed by the British and built by slaves. It originates from the 17th and 18th centuries. It was added to the list of @UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1999.
