One of the areas with many beautiful beaches is in the Riau Islands area. In fact, its natural conditions are among the prettiest in Indonesia. The beach is also located not far from the largest mainland in the Riau archipelago, namely Batam.
Usually, people imagine Batam only as an industrial and economic city. Tourists come here only intending to shop at the modern markets available. In fact, Batam also has a natural beauty that is second to none and makes us fall in love.
Apart from local visitors, foreign tourists are starting to look at the tourism potential around Batam. This charming tourist attraction has attracted many tourists from neighboring countries such as Malaysia and Singapore. For this reason, the potential for marine tourism in Batam is being fiercely developed by the government. One of them is Mirota beach.
The conditions around Mirota are really well maintained and are always crowded with visitors every day. Many companies from within the city of Batam make events at this location. It’s a shame if you go to Batam you don’t visit Mirota and its surrounding attractions.

Mirota Island is located in Sijantung Village in the Galang Barelang village. Precisely in the Galang sub-district which is included in the province of the Riau archipelago. The trip to this beach passes the very famous Barelang bridge. The Barelang Bridge connects several small islands in the city of Batam.
It took quite a while to get to the location. You will drive for 45 minutes to an hour to get to the location by crossing several bridges. Mirota itself is near bridge five. Uniquely, you can also find other tourist attractions around this which are quite amazing.
